Home STAR WARS: The Big Picture STAR WARS: Episode III Other

On earth the Force has many names depending upon your culture and region of the world where you live. Some see the Force as a distant entity, a Deistic view where the Force or Brahma made all things and distantly sits back and watches events unfold like on a big viewing screen, like Captain Picard on "Star Trek the Next Generation," always following the prime directive of noninterference. This is true because there is an aspect of the Force that is extremely detached and totally non-human in every way. Vast as the universe itself, the Force clogs the entire space of the universe and beyond. This is the being that the far eastern peoples tried to describe. This being initiated the "big bang" according to the Kabbalah. This being also sends currents of electricity in order to control natural selection and the evolution of all life in the entire universe. To the Force, the planets, galaxies, and stars are as alive as the plants, animals, humans and the tiny amoeba. All have spirit according to the Force. It is only a matter of soul size. Remember Yoda said, " Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter."

The Force in Star Wars is the equivalent of the Great Spirit in American Indian. In the Norse religion the Force is called the magically charged void. In the Hindu and the Buddhist, it is called Brahma. In the Kabbalah the Force is called Keter. In the U.S. it is called God. Most religions start with the Force or God at the top. Then this being decides to make other beings. In the Kabbalah the top 3 are always there. The position of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, so to speak, is not unique to the Christian religion as Albert Pike shows clearly in a book called " Morals and Dogma." The first, second, and third position is usually considered the top of the Godhead in all religions. Were the other religions differ is for all 3 positions there are female equivalents. In other religions God the Father also embodies God the Mother.

After the big 3, so to speak, in the Hindu and Buddhist, there are many gods underneath. Most westerners at this point get confused since the word god is used for so many beings. This is because god with a little "g" does not mean God as in the Force or Keter. The little "g" in western would translate into Angels and Archangels.

The archangels are the biggest emanations of the Force. The archangels obey the Force alone. This is their normal nature. Through black magic you can bind and control angels and archangels. Only the top of the Keter can not be controlled. The angel is smaller than the archangel. After that, is the humans, animals and other life forms (of course human emination as luminous beings, not yet in a body). At this stage we are in our spherical forms, not even ghosts yet. The ghost stage is the familiar astral body form of a human. These all can be forceably controlled by black magic. There is of course a heavy price tag if you do control angels, people, or any being at the luminous level.

After the Force made all these luminous beings, a void was created. Then the Force put the luminous beings in the center of the void until the pressure in the center got so great it exploded outward as gas and dust creating " the big bang" according to the Kabbalah. The rest of evolutionary history has been clearly discovered and cataloged by scientists. The Kabbalah does continue to describe evolution. The Hindu and the Buddhist religion also describe evolution thousands of years before scientists discovered anything.

The material world as we know it is called "illusion" by the Buddhists. Interestingly enough, Carl Sagan in the Cosmos series explains what an atom is made of. The proton has a positive charge. The neutron has no charge; and the electron, which is gaseous and spins around the proton and the neutron, has a negative charge. Only when many atoms combine to make many molecules does an object appear to feel solid, hence the illusion. Considering the Sanskrit is 2,500 years old, they did well and accurate. The scientists are just now discovering what readers of the Sanskrit have known for 2,500 years. According to Albert Pike in "Morals and Dogma," the ancient Hebrew Kabbalists have known this knowledge for 6,000 years. Back then, the Kabbalah was transmitted by oral tradition like all tribal peoples of that day

The Satan figure in the Buddhist religion is very different than the western Satan. The western Satan is a separate being, an angel who rebelled against God; but in the Buddhist religion ( which I prefer), the Satan (Mara) is the lord of your own ego. In the story of how Prince Siddartha becomes the Buddha, there is a tale of how Mara tempts Siddartha off the quest of enlightenment. The most interesting part is when Mara asks Siddartha, " Will you be my God?" And Siddartha replies, " Oh lord of my own ego, you do not exist," proving the only Satan, so to speak, is when man builds an ego the size of the Sears Tower and claims to be God, the Force, the creator of all things. With this haughty attitude one can only act destructively.

Up to this point, I showed the Force as extremely detached, the Being who sees the entire universe as a whole in which we are tiny insignificant specks in a vast universe. The other side of the Force is the part that Qui-Gon Jinn spoke about, " The Living Force ," with a will and concern for all living things. This side of the Force is the second and third position, known as Yachin or the Light Side. This is the side of love and mercy. The Dark Side is Boaz or severity and judgement. In Episode III at the opera with Palpatine, Palpatine hints at being the actual Dark Side of the Force itself. From the Yachin side of things comes Anakin/Shiva the Creator Sustainer; but a being with lots of powerful love can be hurt and made to anger and hate, hence Vader, Shiva the Destroyer, the Boaz.

At the second and third position, this part of the Force is loving and merciful and sympathizes with those suffering below. At this level the Force is still pretty detached, but the detachment here is a loving detachment. As Boaz or the dark side, the Force is cold detachment. At the archangel level where Shiva ( Anakin/ Vader) is, Shiva is the only angel who truly empathizes with creation: plants, animals, and humans. Shiva /Anakin/ Vader truly feels our feelings. This is because Shiva is of the red emination and having no blue ( Obi-Wan) which is cold and detached. Red is the hot fires of passion. It is the lavender and pink emination where the conscience comes. Qui-Gon and Yaddle would be represented by these colors since they cared for pathetic life forms.

The blue emination is Michael the Archangel (or Obi-Wan Kenobi) in pure form. The blue is as legitimate as the red or any other emination of the Force. The blue emination has to do with purity and restraint, self discipline, practice of religion and communication. All these by themselves are not bad, but it is in a person or especially today in many people who have built their own spiritual Tower of Babel and have egos the size of the Sears Tower which by definition is the Tower of Babel. It is dangerous, leading us to the know-it-all, self righteous, stuck up, stifling Obi-Wan Kenobi we see in the Star Wars movies.

The blue is located in the throat chakra in a human. When the human builds his or her ego so big, it blocks out communication with the Force; and in its place, the person uses telepathy with fellow egotists. This is how they replace the Holy Spirit. This process is much like the way the aliens in the movie " Independence Day" communicated. That is why these people appear to obey a hidden transmition in which they alone can receive.
